In addition, the closure retains all the advantages of earlier closures – quick and easy to install, no tools required, reenterable and reusable-but the SLIM design better suited for crowded RF connection points of new emerging cell sites with multiple in, multiple out(MIMO) or multiband antenna configurations.

Description

HarshMet Lace-up close weave hoisting grip provide an effective method for hoisting coaxial and elliptical waveguide hybrid (FiberFeed, Hybriflex) or fiber cable into position and can be utilized to provide additional support in location. The lace-up design allows the close weave cable grip to be attached even when the run has been connectorized and facilitates easy positioning at 200 (61m) increments on long coax runs.

Cold Shrink Sealing Kits CSS Series are designed as a fast and easy solution to weatherproofing a coax connection.Simply position the factory-expaned rubber sleeve over the coax connection to be covered and unwind the supporting spiral core. The rubber sleeve quickly recovers to form a reliable water resistant seal. In case wheren the different coax cable diameter cannot be covered by the tube application range, a special foam strip is used to increase the smallest cable diameter to fit the shrink performance of the cold shrink rubber sleeves.

CSS Cold Shrink Coax Sealing Kits contain EPDM rubber sleeves that are applied without heat or flame. Where cable-to-connector diameter ratios dictate the need, foam strips serve as a dimensional spacer between smaller coax cables and the minimum sealing diameter of the cold shrink tubing.
